We do! Our focus is to be as DEPENDABLE as possible for all of our customers. Therefore, we plan our weekly schedules out beforehand and we follow that schedule. We offer one-time service on the condition that we are servicing other customers in your neighborhood and that it does not interfere with taking care of our weekly customers. There are no discounted pricing benefits for one-time service calls and there will be an additional clean-up fee for grass taller than 6 inches. We will provide the same level of excellent service for our one time customers that our weekly customers enjoy. Please contact us for more details.
No. Our company is centered around efficiency, convenience, and speed. As soon as you hire us, we place you on our schedule immediately. We believe you will be absolutely thrilled with our service. However, if circumstances change or we are not able to meet your expectations, you are free to cancel service at any time.
There are several factors we consider when quoting a price for your lawn. Size and frequency are the two major ones. While all yards are unique and have different service needs, our prices page will give you a general idea of pricing for your sized yard at your desired frequency.
In general, we will service your lawn on the same day of each week. In the event of inclement weather or any other unplanned event, we will notify you ASAP via phone if service is going to be delayed. We do not specify the time of day that we will be on your property but we strive to be as consistent as possible from week to week.
In the event that you feel your yard does not need mowing, you may cancel services for the week. Skipping a mowing service must be communicated (24) business hours before your scheduled service via phone or email. If there is excessive growth in your yard (6 inches or more) when our crews return the following week, there will be a 15% clean-up fee added to your bill. We will notify of any such charge beforehand.
We accept debit cards and all major credit cards. Once you have chosen to hire us to service your lawn, a credit or debit card is required to get started. We do not accept cash or personal checks.
Once your yard has been serviced, your card will be charged on the Tuesday of the following week. If there is an issue with the service you received and you contact us about it, your card will NOT be charged until the issue has been resolved.
Yes. The tentative annual schedule for our weekly customers consists of approximately 37 to 40 visits and is designed to keep your lawn healthy and looking great all year long.

We are dog lovers! However, it is always best to have all pets restrained or placed inside while we work. Our team members have been trained to always close and lock gates. We cannot, however, guarantee the safety or security of your pet. Whenever possible, please make sure your pets will not be in the yard while we perform any services.
Yes. We currently do not offer pet waste pick up. All waste must be picked up prior to mowing. If not, we will attempt to mow around the waste. Otherwise, it could become a health issue. Mowers, weedeaters, and “doggy-doo” do not mix well (think chocolate shake in a blender without the lid).
Yes! Dependable Lawn Pros is fully insured.
Yes. To keep your lawn mowed on your designated weekday, we still service lawns that fall on a holiday during the work week (except during the winter months). This allows us to maintain our busy schedule and keep your yard looking great.
We ask that any property that you feel was broken by our crew be reported immediately to our office. We will come to your property and address the issue as soon as possible. We are insured for these very situations. Dependable Lawn Pros will not be responsible for any repairs or replacement of property that is done without our knowledge/consent.
No you do not. We will mow your property with or without you being at home. As a matter of fact, the majority of our customers would rather be away while we are working and enjoy coming home to a freshly manicured lawn.
It is recommended that the property owners furnish us with a gate key or use a COMBINATION lock to any gated areas. This will allow our crews to enter the property and complete our tasks in the event that the property owner is not home. We will lock the property upon completion. If you choose to unlock the gates for us each week and forget to do so, please be advised that there will be no discount credited to your account should we not have access to any gated areas. We will then service any overgrown areas the following week at regular price.

Please ensure that all toys, hoses, and other items are picked up prior to our scheduled day. This helps us get on and off of your property as quick as possible and keeps our rates as low as possible.
